Please Read Carefully Before Submitting
1. Contact & Submission Requirements
Please fill out the submission form carefully and accurately. Incorrect usernames, email addresses, or incomplete information may result in delays or prevent your test from being conducted.
After submitting your form and completing payment, please reach out to me via Instagram (@its_madelinethereal) or email (info@themadelinebrand.com)
Please note: I generally do not reach out first due to privacy considerations, though I reserve the right to do so at my discretion.
2. Privacy & Profile Use
I will never reach out to your partner using my loyalty test Instagram account @its_madelinethereal, which is reserved exclusively for clients. I do not accept friend requests from men on that account.
As part of my standard process, your partner’s username will be blocked from all of my public social media accounts (including Instagram and TikTok). It is your responsibility to provide accurate usernames on the submission form.
3. Processing Time & Workload
I operate this service independently and receive a high volume of requests. While I make every reasonable effort to begin tests promptly, processing times may vary depending on workload, platform limitations, and client responsiveness.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that this service involves manual investigation and personalized effort, and therefore specific timelines cannot be guaranteed.
4. Definition of “Test Start” & Refund Policy
A test is considered started once one or more of the following actions have occurred:

A follow or friend request is sent

A direct message is sent (including follow-ups)

Engagement with content (likes, comments, story interaction)
Once a test has started, no refunds will be issued.
If platform restrictions (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) prevent direct communication, but reasonable efforts have been made within the applicable timeframe, this constitutes fulfillment of the service and negates eligibility for a refund.
5. Indecision & Repeat Purchase Policy
Clients who demonstrate repeated indecision by purchasing, canceling, requesting refunds, and repurchasing will be subject to a final sale policy. Any future purchases after a prior refund or cancellation will be non-refundable.
Repeated indecision or chargeback behavior may result in permanent ineligibility for future services.
6. Priority Services
In most cases (when accurate information is provided), outreach occurs within 5-7 days, though it may take up to 10-14 days.
Expedited services ($100+) begin within 24 hours of confirmed contact and receipt of complete information.
Priority upgrades are available for an additional fee and move your test higher in the active queue. Higher upgrade levels receive earlier attention based on availability.
7. Duration, Variables & Additional Fees
I do not guarantee completion within a specific timeframe, as outcomes depend on variables beyond my control, including your partner’s behavior, availability, and platform algorithms.
Some tests may take several days, weeks, or (rarely) longer to complete in order to maintain authenticity and integrity. Requests involving extended duration, additional complexity, or specific scripting/timing requirements may require additional payment.
8. Respect for Process & Right to Refuse Service
I welcome reasonable input and suggestions; however, my methods are based on experience and strategy. Attempts to micromanage, interfere with the process, or engage in hostile, excessive, or abusive communication may result in the test being discontinued at my discretion.
The Madeline Brand LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if client behavior compromises the integrity of the process or violates these terms. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.
9. No Guaranteed Outcome
This service does not guarantee any specific behavior, response, or outcome from your significant other. The absence of incriminating behavior does not constitute failure of service and does not entitle the client to a refund.
10. Personal Responsibility & Emotional Outcomes
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that any decisions made as a result of the information obtained are solely your own.
The Madeline Brand LLC is not responsible for emotional distress, relationship changes, breakups, reconciliations, or personal outcomes that may occur following a loyalty test.
11. Confidentiality & Billing
All services are strictly confidential and anonymous. Your personal information will never be shared or released under any circumstances.
Billing is discreet and will appear as “TMB Beauty” on all statements. Your significant other will never be notified by me about the purchase or existence of this service.
12. Social Media & Content Use
I will never post or reference your test, results, or communications on social media without your explicit written permission.
All screenshots and communications are provided for your private review only. I am not responsible for consequences resulting from clients sharing this information with third parties.
13. Platform Limitations
Clients acknowledge that social media platforms operate independently under their own rules. The Madeline Brand LLC is not responsible for account restrictions, blocks, suspensions, shadowbans, or technical limitations imposed by third-party platforms.
14. Notification & Client Responsibility
You are strongly advised to mute notifications from me to ensure discretion. I am not responsible if your significant other sees communication due to client notification settings or device access.
If communication is delayed, it may be due to lack of engagement from your significant other or platform limitations.
15. Communication Channels
If you have reached out via Instagram and have not received a response within a reasonable timeframe, please email info@themadelinebrand.com for urgent matters.
16. Legal Disclaimer
This service is provided for informational and personal insight purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Results, screenshots, or communications are not guaranteed to be admissible in legal proceedings.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after services have begun constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Documentation of service initiation may be provided to payment processors when applicable.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. My Commitment
I understand how vulnerable and emotionally charged these situations can be. I approach every case with care, discretion, and intention, and I take the trust you place in me seriously.
My role is to help you gain clarity while protecting your privacy and handling your situation thoughtfully and professionally. Every case is treated with respect, integrity, and confidentiality.
